Returns

Due to the collectible nature of our items, we typically do not accept returns. That said, we understand situations arise — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both to and from us. Prior approval is required before any returns are sent. The product must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on anything that is sold as "Factory Sealed" even if it was not opened due to the collectible item integrity concerns.

Cancellation Policy

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that cancellations can be requested within 24 hours from the purchase of in stock items and will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations requested after an item has shipped will be subject to return shipping fees but will not be charged restocking fees.

Due to the nature of pre-orders, no cancellations or returns will be accepted. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein may result in a failed cancellation.
